What is an estate sale?
A full service whole house sale. Maybe you are moving, or your senior citizen relative is moving, maybe a family member has passed away. Whatever the case might be, we are here to do all the work for you from start to finish, liquidating everything in the home. We set the house up like a store. Organize and display all items nicely. We bring in all necessary shelves, tables, etc. We schedule a sale date. Usually 2-4 days. Multiple weekends if necessary. We take care of all advertising for the sale, necessary permits from the city, and take care to respect neighbors during the process. In most cases, we start the process with no cost to you. We just keep a percentage of the sales. There is also the option for a clean out.
What is a clean out?
A clean out is a full service, whole house clean out. We remove every item from the home and leave it broom swept. Collecting personal family items as in photos, paperwork etc for family and offer consignment options for valuable items. We pack up the rest for donation and rent a dumpster on site if need be. We are passionate about saving as many items as possible from hitting the landfill. Our knowledgeable team is trained & experienced in making this process as quick & easy as possible for you.
Consignment
Do you have valuable items you would like to sell, but don’t have the time or knowledge to get the most money for your item? With our experience, storefront & online customers, we can help! This is also at no cost upfront to you. We charge a percentage of the sale. Contact us for more information.

Do you also need to sell your house, but it needs a bit of work? We offer minor home repairs & improvements. From patching & painting to bathroom remodels. Ask us for more details. We are licensed & insured builders.
